Director - Neil Silcock

Musical Director - Craig Price

Choreographer - Jennifer Deakin

For one week only, a musical arrived in our general direction!

"What's it about?" we hear you shout. Well, it's a fantastically funny comedy based on the hit film, Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

King Arthur and his trusty Knights of the round table found themselves on a barmy quest to find the Holy Grail.

What our audiences said:

  • "A joy from start to finish. Every single member of the cast is fantastic."

  • "Would definitely recommend booking yourself a ticket. Also, bring a spare pair of pants, I peed mine!"

  • "I've just booked tickets to see it again, that's how much I enjoyed it!"

Performed by Kinglsey Players, organised by The Zodiac

Based on the popular 80s sitcom, this show promised side-splitting entertainment and a 2 course French supper, and it delivered.

This sold out performance, organised by The Zodiac and starring some of its members, was performed at Parish Hall, Church Street, Frodsham, by The Zodiac's good friends, The Kinglsey Players. The audience were encouraged to watch the show in World War II fancy dress.

Our fans said:

  • "Congratulations to the cast for recreating a much loved classic"

  • "God, it was fantastic. Was rolling around on the floor with laughter. Would definitely go again"

  • "What a fantastic, funny, entertaining evening. I haven't laughed so much in a while."

9 TO 5

17342505_1297231330332828_40953216357532

28th March - 1st April 2017

Director - Kriss Hubbard

Musical Director - Craig Price

Choreographer - Jessica Martin

Based on the seminal 1980 hit movie of the same name, with music and lyrics by Dolly Parton herself, with book by Patricia Resnick.

Set in the late 1970s, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic.

Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss, Mr Hart.

In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot! While Hart remains "otherwise engaged," the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down. Hey, a girl can scheme, can't she?

Auditions for this show took place in October 2016. The show opened in March 2017 and ran for 5 nights to fantastic reviews from the audience. It was the first time directing for Kriss Hubbard, and the first lead role in The Zodiac for Laura Johnson, who was nominated for Best Actress at the North West NODA Awards.
